LATE & MISSED APPOINTMENTS
I know life happens and everything isn't predictable, but I ask that any changes and cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Failure to call and reschedule 24 hours before your scheduled appointment is subject to 50% of the cost of your scheduled service at my discretion.
For late appointments, I reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.
No call/No show appointments are subject to 100% of the cost of missed services.
ILLNESS
I care greatly about your health and safety, as well as my own.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick. If you do come in, unfortunately we will need to reschedule your appointment.
